This site has no accounts, no cart and no database, so there is little to declare. What follows is the required information, plus the only line that really matters: none of your messages ever reaches us.

What is sold
Using this site is free, with no account and nothing in return. Only one thing is sold: the package to install on an internal network, on quotation, in euros excluding tax. Orders are placed by email; the accepted quote and the invoice govern the content of the delivery, its price and its duration. This offer is intended for businesses and organisations.
Contact
There is no form on this site, and that is not an oversight: a form would send what you write to a server, which this site refuses to do everywhere else.
Hosting
OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The site is served from a virtual private server located in France. The host serves files (HTML, styles, JavaScript, fonts and emojis for PDFs); it receives no message, since none is sent.
Personal data
No personal data is collected: no account, no cookie, no tracker, no analytics. Your messages, mailboxes and chats are opened, laid out and saved by your browser, on your machine. The site's access log keeps only a date, the requested address without its query string and the response code: no IP address, no referrer, no user agent. After a save, the site counts a family and a number, with nothing that identifies you: what the site counts.
You remain responsible for what you do with the messages you open, especially the third-party data they contain.
Cookies
None. No analytics, session or preference cookies. That is why this site asks you nothing when it opens.
Intellectual property and licences
The text and design of this site belong to it. The emojis in PDFs come from Twemoji, © Twitter, Inc. and contributors, licensed under CC BY 4.0; they are converted to outlines to be embedded in PDFs. The Noto fonts (© The Noto Project Authors) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, provided alongside the fonts. The libraries used remain under their own licences: pdf-lib, fontkit, parse5, fflate, bidi-js and React (MIT), msgreader (Apache 2.0), postal-mime (MIT-0), DOMPurify (MPL 2.0 or Apache 2.0).

Klarinbox is not affiliated with Microsoft, Meta or Google, nor endorsed by any of them. Microsoft and Outlook are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, WhatsApp of WhatsApp LLC, Google and Gmail of Google LLC; they are mentioned here to describe the files the tool can read.
Liability
The tools are provided as is. A layout may simplify a message: the PDF says so, the production record states which file it came from, and a PDF/A can carry the original. Always keep your original files, and check a produced document before using it. Klarinbox takes no view on a message's authenticity or on what will be made of it.
