A client sends forty .msg files, a few .eml files and a WhatsApp chat. They must become numbered exhibits, with their list, without handing the file to a conversion site and without installing anything on the firm's computer.

Messages are read by your browser. No provider receives them: there is no processor to assess.
Exhibits tied to their original
Each PDF carries "Exhibit N" at the top of the page and, as an appendix, the production record: source file, SHA-256 fingerprint, full headers, attachments.

Number, date, type and description of each exhibit, in Word to adjust it, and in PDF.
An honest extract of a chat
A period of a WhatsApp chat, as bubbles or a table, with omitted messages counted and written in their place.
The tools
- Produce exhibits and their list: sorting by date, numbering, one PDF per exhibit, exhibit list.
- Convert an email to PDF: one message, or several in a row, with their record.
- WhatsApp chat to PDF: an extract of a chat, with its exhibit number.
- Read email headers: the route, times and checks written by the servers, stated as observations.
- Open a PST file: a whole mailbox, search and filters.
The framework
Klarinbox lays out what the files contain and states which file each PDF came from. It takes no view on a message's authenticity or on how a court will weigh an exhibit: that assessment is yours. When the authenticity of an exchange may be disputed, other steps exist, such as a report drawn up by a bailiff or notary, which Klarinbox does not replace.
To mask third parties' data before sharing an exhibit, Klarmask redacts in the browser, with the same promise.
What it does not do
- Certify that a message is authentic or that it was not altered before being saved.
- Decrypt an encrypted message, or verify a signature.
- Decide what may be produced: that decision stays yours.
